Guest artist – Simon Rickard, a graduate of the Canberra School of Music and a professional gardener and writer.
Simon has written books about heirloom vegetables and Australian ornamental gardens and he will be giving a gardening-themed presentation alongside Apeiron’s repertoire.
With his professional musician hat, he has promised to bring along some interesting and unusual Baroque instruments.

Young Children’s Concert with Simon Rickard at 3pm sharp
A pre-concert concert catering for young children and families. Thirty minutes of music, and instrumental show and tell in a relaxed and informal setting.
Perfect for young ones who are curious about music but might not have the attention to sit through the main concert.
Due to the tight timing of the concert day, the children’s concert will begin promptly.
