This exhibition explores what abode means to the three presenting artists. Their works include video, sculptures and paintings.

Abode will provide the opportunity for community engagement where visitors can contribute by writing or drawing their personal ideas and thoughts about abode, places, homes where people live and are invited to add them to an installation as part of the exhibition. 

Caroline Huf’s art practice is in video, installation, and performance. 

Kati Gorgenyi is a Hungarian-born artist living in Canberra. She majored in sculpture at the ANU in Canberra.

Janet Long is a Canberra based multidisciplinary artist whose work encompasses outdoor and public sculpture, ceramics and textiles.
