This exhibition at Kyeema introduces us or re-introduces us to many homesteads and natural areas of beauty in our region, including some hidden gems like a private chapel.

Wrens are a particular favourite and there are quite a few of these in both large and small formats. The artist’s keen eye and sensitive affection for these little birds makes these works especially appealing.

Isla Patterson, is a much-loved, multi-award winning watercolourist, who has has lived in the ACT since 1979. She was born in South Australia and took up art in the late 1960s.

As Isla’s works always sell well, it is suggested that visitors plan an early trip to Hall for this one.
