Suki & Hugh Gallery
38A Gibraltar Street Bungendore NSW
10 February to 10 March 2024
This exhibition showcases works in ceramic, glass and charcoal drawing in Robyn’s trademark style – contemporary clean lines and bold forms.
The artist uses surface texture to represent topical features of the land,
Her ceramic wall pieces are reminiscent of large river pebbles in organic, rounded shapes. Blackening and carving into the surface suggest grassland and topography.
The hand-built table-based sculptures represent the hills and alpine areas of and around the ACT and southeast corner or NSW.
