Guatemalan-born singer-songwriter Gaby Moreno to perform in Canberra

UNICEF goodwill ambassador and Latin Grammy award-winner Gaby Moreno did it the hard way when, at the age of 18, she moved from her native Guatemala to Los Angeles.

Recording contracts with a couple of large recording companies fell through – so she decided to go it alone and become a producer herself.

Music for Canberra – Canberra Youth Orchestra 2018 Concert Series

Acclaimed Canberra singer/songwriter, Lucy Sugerman, will perform with CYO in a concert also featuring the renowned film scores from Star Wars and Indiana Jones.

Lucy is best known as the youngest grand finalist on The Voice 2017 and since then has been seen performing at many events in Canberra including at Reconciliation Day 2018, the Australia Day 2018 ceremony and the National Folk Festival.
