BOLD24 is a bite size movement held in Canberra with a series of events celebrating International Women’s Day 2024.
The festival celebrates intercultural, inclusive and intergenerational dance.
BOLD24 will present 2 world premières and 4 national premières as well as talks, workshops and films in the National Film and Sound Archive, National Portrait Gallery, Canberra Museum and Gallery, Gorman House and QL2 Dance.
BOLD draws on the legacies of cultural elders and celebrates the empowerment of ageing. It provides a platform for older artists and nurtures intergenerational exchanges.
BOLD’s Patron is Dr Elizabeth Cameron Dalman, OAM.
